TOS: By uploading an image and placing an order to have it printed, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the image or have obtained the necessary permissions to use the image for printing.

You understand that the image you upload will be printed as it appears in the uploaded file, and you assume full responsibility for any issues that may arise from poor quality or low resolution of the image.

You understand that the colors of the printed image may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ink That Apparel LLC, its affiliates, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the printing or use of the image.

You acknowledge that Direct to Film transfers reserves the right to refuse to print any image that it deems inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of any intellectual property rights.

You agree to pay the full price of the print job, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, before the printing process begins.

You understand that Ink That Apparel LLC. is not responsible for any delays or errors in shipping that may occur after the print job has been completed and shipped.

You agree that any disputes arising from the printing or use of the image will be the responsibility of you, the purchaser.
